Is there another way to get Emerl's ultimate fight pose it's the last ultimate card I need I keep on beating vitural training no sweat but I keep on getting the same ones I already have?

Virtral training is not the only place to get Ult. Skills. Some may come up as rare cards anywere, even in other episodes, (even in the first batle of the game, vs shadow, his Ult. jump popped up for me). It all depends on luck.
