Its in Central City next where you train shadow.You will see a building called Sonic Team find it and click on the spot.
Next to where you train Shadow u will c a building called sonicteam click on the wite circle
In Emerl's Story, there is a building next to the Central Highway, where you can practice against Shadow. That building is called SonicTeam. There you can input special card codes to unlock rare combo cards. Try entering 75619 to unlock Sonic's Skill. This skill will kill anybody who takes a madurity of the hits. To equip combo cards from the SonicTeam building, choose ground power, then scroll down to uncover those skills.
