My quetion is simply is there a tiny choas garden on Sonic Advance 3?

No. I'm not 100% sure, but I think if you play sonic adventure 2 battle on gamecube, there's a cable that links the G-cube to the GBA.
If you take got to the gameboy in the chao garden in Sonic adventure 2, it will say 'drop off' Have the g-cube and GBA ready (linked) and press drop off.
It will ask which chao then you will have tiny chao garden in Sonic 3.
But you cannot go back to the garden once you exit out of it, unless you repeat the whole process.
Not really. Go into any zone then jump back into the giant ring you came out of. Then to your left will be a spring. Jump on it and go into the passage to the left.
