Well when you beat I think it was Sunset Hill you'll get Knuckles, but, I didn't got far enough to unlock Cream and Amy... -_-'

Beat zone2 act3 with sonic as leader to get Knuckles.
Beat zone4 act3 with sonic as leader to get Amy.
Beat zone6 act3 with sonic as leader to get Cream.

Here's your answer:
Knuckles: complete Zone 2 Act 3 and defeat Gemerl with sonic as the leader.
Amy Rose: complete Zone 4 Act 3 with Sonic as the leader
Cream: complete Zone 6 Act 3 with Sonic as the leader (the hardest of them all)

You need to beat the final levels as sonic as you leader. 2-3, 4-3, 6-3.

To unlock amy Beat zone 4 act 3 with Sonic as leader
To unlock cream Beat zone 6 act 3 with sonic as leader
And unlock knuckles Using Sonic as your leader finish Stage 2 Act 3 and beat Gemerl.
