Question for Shrek the Third

I am having trouble in the fourth level of "Lost in the
Forest". After collecting the first 3 fairies, you come to a spot in the forest where there is a bridge, 2 stumps and I can't figure out how to get the bridge down. I can't seem to get any of the 3 characters to move beyond this point. Does anyone have an idea on what I have to do to continue? Thanks.

When you get to that spot, have donkey kick one of the stumps into that little revine type thing by pressing "B". Then, have him kick it again, so that it is up against the wall on the right side. Then, get puss-in-boots on top of the stump, hold down the down arrow, and push the right arrow until you get to the end of the tunnel. There will be a platform. Get on that, and the bridge will go down. Go back the same way to get puss-in-boots out.
