Well first of all if it is the first bit before the flying barrel you have to punch the four lever things to make them turn green.
Then to get to the flying barrel bit you need to go back to the start and go forward till you get to the three bouncy things. On the second bouncy thing at the tip of the jump glide left.
You will get to a platform and just keep following it. There will be more enemys on the way but just kill 'em.
If it is the flying barrel bit all you have to do is concentrate and dodge the poles and obsicles in you path. After you have done this you will learn a new move thingy.
