Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Is this a good team to have? I'm not very sure;

1.Latios Lv.100
OT/Me Southern Island (Met) Item: Liechi Berry
Moves: Luster Purge, Psychic, Aerial Ace, Dragon Claw.

2.Latias Lv.100
OT/Me Route 132 (Met) Item: Leftovers
Moves: Fly, Flash, Mist Ball, Aerial Ace.

3.Sceptile Lv.100
OT/Me Mauville City (Egg) Item: Focus Band
Moves: Leaf Blade, False Swipe, Giga Drain, Cut.

4.Typhlosion Lv.100
OT/TOM Obtained in a trade Item: Leftovers
Moves: Flamethrower, Strength, Flame Wheel, Rock Smash.

5.Feraligatr Lv.100
OT/TOM Obtained in a trade Item: Ganlon Berry
Moves: Waterfall, Hydro Pump, Dive, Surf.

6.Tyranitar Lv.100
OT/TOM Obtained in a trade Item: Strib Berry
Moves: Earthquake, Dig, Crunch, Secret Power

How did you get Typhlosion, Feraligatr,and Tyranitar?

Aren't those Pokemon Silver Pokemon?

Latios: Luster Purge > Ice Beam/Brick Break/Shadow Ball
Latias: Mist Ball > Ice Beam/Brick Break/Shadow Ball
Sceptile: False Swipe, Cut > Solarbeam, Sunny Day
Typhlosion: Flame Wheel, Rock Smash > Earthquake, Thunderpunch
Feraligatr: Waterfall, Hydro Pump > Earthquake, Aerial Ace
Tyranitar: Dig > Rock Slide/Flamethrower
