Can you get TM dig twice if not what Pokemon learn it???

Yeah you can get it twice and some Pokemon can learn it like Trapinch and Sandshrew.

You can only get the Dig TM once. Trapinch and Sandshrew can learn it though.

No only once and the Pokemon that can learn it is diglet,trapinch,and sandshrew.

No you get the TM dig only once and here is a list of some Pokemon may learn it:
1.Sandshrew.
2.Sandslash.
3.Trapinch.
4.Vibrava.
5.Flygon.
Any ground Pokemon might learn it anyway but from the TM only but the once on the list may learn it by themselves.
