Question for Pokemon Sapphire

In Pokemon Sapphire Version Theres A Part Where Team Aqua Steals A Submerine I Found the Submerine and the cave Put Theres A Confusing Part Where I Have To Move Boulders To Get To An Entrence it's really hard I need help on which way I move the boulders, I can move the boulders and I have the power to it's just that I need like a special way to move the rocks if anyone knows what I'm talking about then help mE, BUT ALSO I think this is where the team aqua boss is so that I can take the submerine and the red orb HELP

If you need help moveing the boilders check out the walkthoughs that supercheats has on the game. The walkthoughs helped me so much on that part.
