Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi has anyone got any tips on how to catch latias when you get into a battle with him.

I have been using a level 32 wobbuffet and using its mirror coat to get it down to yellow health.

Im only using this pokemon because of its special ability, I haven't got the masterball, my golbat isn't fast enough to use mean look before it flees and I cant find a dusclops!

I have met latias 5 times and have had no luck catching him this is either because he dies from using struggle or I run out of ultra and timer balls (plus any other types of pokeball I have in my bag) please...

Please help me anyone!

As this is the last pokemon I need to get out of the 200!!!

Catch a Sableye. Train it to level 45 and it will learn Mean Look. Use it on Latias. Now you can do two things:1. Weaken Latias 2. throw an ultraball or any ball. Sableye can't be knocked out. Why, you'll find out soon enough.

Train a Nincada, and cancel evolution until it learns False Swipe. When you get Ninjask, train it to L40, track down latias with your pokedex and many max repels, use false swipe until it has 1 HP, then catch more Wobbuffets, track down latias again, let it attack your Wobbuffets, throw ultra balls until she's yours, and ask yourself how you were able to get Wobbuffet to L32.

First get gloom and get to learn sleep powder and its found in the safari zone at a high enough level like 40 42.

You could get duskul to lean hypnosis.
