You cannot get it in this game. atleast to my knowledge you cant.

Unlock the mystery event by going to the mauville city Pokemon center and next to the computer will be a kid and he will ask you for your profile tel him mystery event is exciting at the main menu it will be there

Yea i did that i got that cheat of youtube telling me to go to petalburg town and go in the pokemon center and when you enter their should be a guy stand next to your pc and Talk to him he is gonna say something about yur proflie and crap and put in mystery event is exciting And he will say of your a fan of the mystery event club then when he says that save turn off your gameboy and turn back on and then it willl say mystery event connect it to pokemon colossuem when you do you will be able to get Ho-Oh Lugia Dexyos Jarchi and Mew-Metwo :| I hope i helped and Ohhhhh cebli!!!

Ya puse todo evento misterioso es demaciado y lo guarde y apague la consola y ahora cuando entro y prendee la el juego de buelta apoarese evento misteriosoi y pongo y aparese todo negro y dice para canselar aprete la letra b
Y no conecta q hago
