Can you get the new Diamond and Pearl Pokemon on Pokemon Sapphire by using gameshark codes, and if you can, can you tell me the codes?

You cannot obtain Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Pokemon on any of the third generation games
No when they made Sapphire and Ruby Pokemon Diamond and pearl were not created nor were the pokemon..
Unfortunately, no. It would be cool if you could, but the game just doesn't have the data for the new Pokemon anywhere on it. Sorry.
