To cacth Bagon you need to go to meteor falls next to fallabor town then go to the end of meteor falls to get to the end you need Water fall,surf,strength, and Rock smash.
As I was saying go to the end of meteor falls.(Dragon Room.)And there is where you cacth him.Good luck!
