I assume you mean the Cave Of Origin. Defeat Archie/Maxie in the Seafloor Cavern, then head to Sootopolis City and head towards it. On the way you will encounter Steven, who sees that you have the blue/red orb and tells you to follow him. Once you meet Wallace they will permit you inside the cave, at which point you may continue on to battle groudon/kyogre.

Cave of what?Origon?Well you have to go to mt. pyre and you'll find that your enemy is there. Then,you have to go to your enemy's base north-east of lilycove and defeat them all.After that, go to mossdeep town,beat the gym leaders,and head out to route 128 were you'll find your enemy's underwater.
