Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Would someone please tell me how to get a azurill
I can't find one or put two marills [no items]in the day care.

Azurill is gotton by hatching an egg obtained from two marills/azumarills while one of them is holding a sea incense.

I think you give the female marill a Sea Insence. You get the sea Insence in Mt. Pyre.
