Is there any way to get ditto without trading or gameshark? That's the one Pokemon I need to help me and I would be gratefull to anyone who gives me a correct answer

The only way to get Ditto is to trade it from FireRed LeafGreen or Emerald. Otherwise you'll have to cheat, sorry.
Not possible to get ditto in Pokemon sapphire without trade or cheat.
