Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I am struck after the eighth badge.

I can't get seem to open the doors of the water pokemon gym.

And about the guy there at cave of origin?

I can't find team aqua for the red orb?

I can't find the underwater tunnel ?

Where is it ?

Please Help ?

The underwater tunnel is on Route128. But your pokemon have to know Dive whisch you get from Steven in Mossdeep.

P.S.:The under water area on route128 will lead you there,and team aqua will be there,also get to the room with Kyogre and catch it.

Well you can find them by finding another cave thingy just like you found Sootapolis.

And you will a ship and then you use dive!

First fight team aqua in mt.prime.
Next go to Lilycove city(so you can fly there).

Next go to slateport city and go to the place were people are crouded and press A in front of the reporter.

Then go to their hideout to the right of Lilycove and beat them (get the materball before you leave).

Go to mossdeep city and get dive.
The tunnel is in route 128.
After the crises you can enter the gym.
