Where can I find rare candys? Please someone help me out

Zigzagoon. Its because of it's " Pick Up " skill. I won't guarantee though that once you capture Zigzagoon, the item it currently holds is a rare candy. You may capture other Pokemon that has the pick up skill but still I won't have any guarantees that you'll instanly get a rare candy.

Use zigzagoon linoon and use your item finder by rocks in the sand and the blancks in the grass
