Pokerus is a random occururance that happens more if you have the same Pokemon in your team for a long time. First of all, to put in Gameshark codes you need a Gameshark device, which can be bought at most gaming outlets. Then you just have to type it in, and if the code is correct, it should work.

Just battle alot without going to the Pokemon center and eventually you will get the pokerus.
To enter gameshark codes you will have to have a gameshrk system fist.
