Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I've done almost all I can do on my game and I only need 25 more Pokemon but I have to admit that I'm at a dead stop, I have 4 good questions:

1: How do I open that one guy's door in mossdeep?

2: How do I use the Mystery Gift?

3: How do I get to Mirage Island?

4: How do I get a second Speldon Berry because I accidently used the first one?

1.You can't.
2.In a Pokemart, on that paper thing, type Link together with All"
3.If you talk to an old man, and conditions are right, you can go to Mirage Island.

1.You have to have an E-reader and the E-cards that go with it because it's used to battle the people on the E-card.

2.You can only use that if you have the Pokemon game for gamecube, and I'm not sure but it might work if you try it with another friend. But I'm not sure.

3.Ok you know the town that floats in the water. You can only get to it by using surf. Well there is a house with a guy staring out a window. Talk to him and if he says that he can see Mirage Island then go surf the direction he's looking in.

4. I don't know.
