It is a sickness your Pokemon can get an it gouse away after awhile and when it is in effect it makes your Pokemon leval up faster
Yo pokerus is a virus that give Pokemon more exp. In a battle.
Think of it as a traded Pokemon but without the trade.
I have no idea how to get rid of it but why do you want is not like it a bad thing. (more exp is more exp)
Pokerus is good and you don't want to get rid of it. Your stats go up hgher when you level up. Put it in your PC and it will spread.
It is a sick ness that makes your Pokemon level up faster an you can get it out of your pokemons system by letting time go by.
