1. Go inside Victory road. Go strait and climb the stairs infront. Follow the path, and you will battle a trainer. Beat her and go down the ladder. Do a little boulder maze, and follow the path. Use rocksmash on the first rock you see to your right. Go up the stairs, follow the path, and go down a different set of stairs. Go to your right to battle a trainer. You should see two paths. up leads you to an item. Down leads you deeper in the cave. Once you reach the bottom of that small path, take the left. Climb down the ladder. Go right, and then up where the trainer is. Battle her, and continue up. Use surf. Go left and then up. Use Waterfall to go up the waterfall. Take a left, and go down the next waterfall. Go right, And you will see a little patch of dirt with a ladder. Go up the ladder. Take a short left and go down. Take a right and do a boulder puzzle. Go up, left, and up the ladder. Go up the stairs, take a right, go down the stairs, do a short right, then go up. Take a left and battle a trainer. Go up and battle Wally. If you defeat him, take the right, and go out of the cave. *Note: There is more of the cave that holds items*

2. I'm not the best at rating anyones pokemon but I'll try. Get rid of bodyslam and teach it Thunder. You might want to keep earthquake, but I think you should teach it surf.

3. I believe it is in the museum. I don't remember where. Sorry!

1: This question already has the correct answer, so there is no need to state it again.

2: Get rid of hydro pump and body slam for surf (useful as utility and a strong water attack) and thunder (a strong electrical assualt and always accurate for kyogre).

3: You get TM46 thief in the Oceanic Museum off of a grunt in there. This is the only TM46 in the game, but since kecleon learns thief you can still teach your pokemon this move (note that it is one of six moves that kecleon can start with naturally and is always possible to revive through the move tutor).
