Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Can someone help me here?
1. After I complete my Pokedex, what should I do?

2. Is there a Eon ticket at the Pokemon Sapphire? If there is, where should I get this?

3. What is the Island you can sea at the South East of the map (sixth or the seventh island there)?

4. What is the purpose of the game designer?

5. What is the purpose of the programmer to?

1) Raise all your Pokemon to level 100.

2) You can get Eon ticket's by going to a Nintendo Event OUTSIDE the game.

3) It's nothing.

4) He gives you the diploma when you complete the pokedex.

5) He's just there.
