Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Okay I beat the elite four and I went to the tv in your house and it said theres a Pokemon flying around and then it said to be annouced and latias didnt apear in my pokedex neither did latios so do I just search for him until I find him or do I have to do something over ??????????

Keep searching around Hoenn until you find Latias.

It doesn't appear in your Pok�Dex, :|. Latias will be randomly found in the grass.

Latias appears randomly, so you just have to wait until you eventually run into it. You can only get Latios by going to Southern Island to catch it. In order to get to Southern Island, you need an Eon Ticket, and you can only get that by Nintendo Events or by cheating.

He is at the top of the sky pillar. You need the MACH BIKE to get to him.
