Ok I've seen every place on the left side of the map, but I don't know how to get to Fortree. I don't have surf yet, so I can't go on route 118.

Go beat Norman...after that Wally's uncle will give it to you
You need your brain and some fingers. Go to Petalburg City and beat Norman. After beating him, go to Wally's House, right next to the gym, and talk to his parents. They give you Surf. Now go back to Mauville City and go East. Surf across the Water and when you go to the Split, take the Northern Path. The rest is self explanatory.
You need surf to go to fortree city and also did u beat the gym leader in mauville city
