Nope...sorry....you can catch a SandSlash...it learns Dig by leveling up
Go to the Desert and catch a wild Trapinch. Train it to about Level 43, it learns Dig at that Level.
Trapinch will learn dig but he has to be Trapinch at level forty-one so don't let him eveolve till you have dig.
