Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hey!
I'm new at this. I need to know where you can get snorunt. I have a pokedex of 165 and he is one of the only evolutions I need. The rest of my pokedex, uther than febas, is evolving my pokemon.
Also, where can I get a staryu. It says in lilycove, but I kant find one. Do you fish or something!?
Anyone, answer pleeease!!!

Snorunt is NOT an evolution! He evolves into Glalie which is it's evolution! Snorunt can be gotten in the cave near Mossdeep where the water goes up and down. And yes, you have to fish for Staryu...

Snorunt are only found in the Ice Room of Shoal Cave, which can be accessed during just low tide, and are relatively rare.

Staryu are gotton by fishing with the super rod in the waters of Lilycove City and are also fairly rare. I suggest you try weakening them with covet since they are sometimes found holding stardusts or star pieces.

Oky Doky, here we go.

Snorunt can be found in Shoal Cave.
Well done on your Pokedex.
I can't remember exactly but you either Fish or surf (I'd say fish)

Shoal cave in the ice room(they are shy!)
Staryu use super rod

Snorunt is not an evolution its a pre-evoloution of galalie and you get him in the shaol cave in the icy room.
