Pkrs is a random thing it will pop up to your Pokemon status anytime.

By attacking wild Pok�mon at random. It's really random, just keep trying!

They say that in route 102...you will some chances of cathcing/battling a Pokemon with PokeRus..but you have to use a physical attack like tackle/body slam or just catch the pokemon..other than that...cheating too much will give you pokerus
