How do i get into the gym in Sootopolis City?

To get inside the Gym you need to beat Team Rocket in their secret hideout. If you surf north of Mossdeep you will find the place to dive a few steps down from a circle of shallow water.
After you find the cave where Kyogre is Team Aqua will attack. After you beat them Kyogre will swim away.
It will be raining really hard when you come back out. So you need to go to Sootopolis.
You will find Steven and Wallace and they will take you to the Cave of Origin. In the cave will find Kyogre and you will battle it.
After it is caught or beaten the rain will stop and Wallace will go back to the Gym.
Once you have captured or defeated groudon/kyogre, Wallace will open the Sootopolis City gym.
To unlock the door you have to go to the cave of origin and fight kyorge then the door will be open promise...
