Bagon are found in the back chamber of Meteor Falls (the room in which you obtain TM02 Dragon Claw).

You have to search for Bagon in the little small room where you find TM02 Dragon Claw. Only in this room will find him! Good Luck! man with the lvl.7 MEW

Go up the waterfall follow the path to find tm02 keep walking back an for youcan get a bagon, golbat or even a shiney zubat ....

You can only catch Bagon in one place. It is a place where you get TM02.
