Weaken it to low as you can get it (a Scizor with False Swipe helps) Then throw lots of Ultra Balls. Paralyzing it helps too.

cyber_john3000 answered:

Use Ice Beam....put him on red bar and use Timer or Ultra Balls

EspeonDude_ answered:

When Rayquaza uses Rest, that is really your chance. Strike Rayquaza with a powerful blow and leave it in the Red HP zone. With that status alliment, Rayquaza will have a crappy time escaping. Throw Ultra Balls like crazy, that's all I can actually say because if you used your Master Ball, you'll have a hard time.

I have caught a Rayquaza with a poke ball laugh out loud.Ok do you know the secret way of catching Pokemon quick and easy I think not.To catch a Rayquaza is by weakening it to red health, have as many ultra, great or poke balls you can get and make asleep then you should catch it easy.
I hope I helped.
