Question for Pokemon Sapphire

This question is for cross stinger.

I need two pokemon to finish my pokedex, feebas and miloticbut I don't know where to get them.

My saying in dewford is Torchic Ball and i still dont no where Feebas is.

Could you please tell me.

Ok anyone could answer this. not just cross stinger knows.

Everyone on this site probably knows. All you gotta do is go to the lake on route 119 (see pokenav) and fish with good rod. Do not fish with super rod.

Feebas will only be found in 6 of the hundreds of tiles in the lake and the river north of there. To evolve the elusive feebas just max out it's beauty stat and train it one level.

Can you imagine why you need to max out it's beauty once you catch it?

Well, I'm not Cross Stinger, but I know that you can only catch Feebas in 6 tiles.

But first you have to change your saying to (example: if you started out with torchic then you would say torchic ball etc.) so first make sure your saying is right.

Then, you must wait until your saying changes to "pretty flowers". To find Feebas, get to route 119. Start at the bottom and move north.

Stop at the first little lake, immediately after the large patch of tall grass, and go as far left on the lake shore as you can.

Surf, move one tile north.

Well anyways I will finish it now.

Surf, move one tile north, and fish with a super rod. if that doesn't work, fish at least five times in every tile you can, and eventually you will find Feebas.

Oh and by the way, Feebas evolves into Milotic by raising its happiness to the max it can go. man with the lvl.7 MEW

God! I keep messing up! You must wait until the saying turns to "natural flowers" not pretty flowers! And to evolve feebas you have to max out its beauty stats, not happiness!

Feebas occurs on Route 119, and what tiles you find it on vary by the tagline at Dewford Hall. Keep switching around words in the quote until you find Feebas, and then memorise where you found the guppy. To evolve it, apply PokéBlocks that will raise its Beauty condition — Dry ones — until the condition peaks, and then nurture it to another level.

P.S. I found something out...it seems that the lines I'm popular for vary from time to time in terms of wherte Feebas is — they appear elsewhere on some I've used, so that didn't work. Spread the word quickly before somebody turns into another Crossy Hater and goes into a Bogus Frenzy. I can't work on it alone, I have a network of researchers...
