Question for Pokemon Sapphire
Just a question... Can I beat the elite four with a swampert(lv 61), skarmory(lv 46), crobat(lv 52), kyogre(lv 54), tropius(lv 28), and a electrode(lv 30)?

You can but you're going to need a LOT of full restores and revives. I recommend getting all o those Pokemon to level 60 first.

The rest of your team are at low level...all of them should be 60+....and next time put your move sets so we can discuss what you should do...

If you really want to Abuse Swampert, then you possibly could.
First off, you need to modify Swampert's moveset so that it fits the Elite Four.
Make sure Swampert carries Ice Beam AND Earthquake, which are two necessary moves. Surf is also a very good choice. The last move in his/her slot will be up to prefrence. It can be Rock Slide or Rest.
Swampert will Earthquake most of Sidney and can Ice Beam on Shiftry for the OHKO.
Swampert will also Earthquake the Champion without care.
Swampert can Ice Beam all of Drake's Pokemon without worry.
Crobat should be used for Phoebe, but be very warned for Thunderbolters. Shadow Ball will be a very wise move.
Now, that leaves Glacia. Fire types and Fighting types are the key. Pretty much, spare your PP wisely for Earthquake. Kyogre can also abuse his Drizzle ability and carry Thunder for 100% Accuracy(Thunder + Rain Dance gives Thunder 100% accuracy)
With your team, I HIGHLY suggest buying many Max Revives and Full Restores and Max Potions.

With all the times I've beaten the elite four I don't think so, you need atleast 3 lvl 60+ pokemons but once swampert gets to 88 or something you should do fine soloing it, there is a cheat that lvls your Pokemon but you need to have a GBA SP to do that, if you do just ask about how

You should do fine with them. The Tropius an' Electrode are too low in level to stand up, but they would be good things to switch out for a stall if needed.
You may want to train the rest besides Swampert to at least 55 to be safe. Make sure Kyogre has Thunder too. It'll be really handy for ya.

Depends on if the moves are good or not. If they are not, just use an action replay or a gameshark to get infinite TMs and HMs.

Yes you can train your swampert to lvl 65 and make shure he/she knows ice beam earthquek and surf.go to Pokemon sapphire walktrhus and there are 3 peapol tatet have how to defet the elite 4 with 1 pokemon. 1 of then will tell you with moves to use on with Pokemon 4 a 1 hit KO!

I did it with lv.67 swampert,lv.48 kyoger,lv.25 castform,lv.16swablu,lv.15 torkal,and lv.25 duskull. swamperts moves were rock tomb,mud shot,surf,and protect.
