My team on Pokemon sapphire consists of a level 100 mewtwo, 77 blastoise, 27 metang, 70 kyogre, 60 latios, and a level 65 absol. I have beaten the elite four 50 times, and I have beaten the battle tower, all without cheats. I have not completed my pokedex yet, and I don't know what to do with my file besides work on my pokedex. What sould I do?

Try beating the Battle Tower 100 times (if you haven't already), also try to compete in Contests, or just raise the best team you can, while working on your Pok�dex.
Work on your Pokedex. That's one thing. You could also just train your Pokemon up, trade them to some other game and start over.
