Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hey this is Flygon55. This is my first time as a member. So I will get to the question...

I am working on my pokedex so I need some very rare pokemon the mane pokemon I am looking for is Jigglypuff, does anyone know were to find them in the wild with out a game shark? If so can you ansewer me.

Look in the grass on Route 115 in the area where you find TM01 Focus Punch.

You should find one within 15 minutes.

Go to rustboro and make your way forward until you come to a beach.

Surf and you'll come to another beach dont land on it. Go daown a little and head left the head up. You'll come to yet another beach.

In the grass here you will rarely find jigglypuff.

You Need Surf. Then go to Rustboro City and go upto where there is a dead end. Then go to the left untill you get to a beach. you will come to another beach with a trainer on it walk past her and surf up again and navigate through the rocks. You will come to another beach I think. Walk up there should be two trainers, a few items , a couple of secret base spots and a patch of grass. you will find wild Tailow, Swellow and Jigglypuff. Hope that answers your question

P.S. Jigglypuff evolves using a Moonstone and breed two of them to get Igglybuff
