Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have a few questions. 1. Where do I fish for Feebas on route 119? (I've never changed the trendy phrase) 2. How do I get infinite rare candies and nuggets with an AR code (which code is it?)? And 3. Is there an AR code that lets me rechallenge gymleaders or my rival?

Feebas is an extremely hard Pokemon to find...In route 119..there are 6 scattered tile's where feebas can be found...Use a Super Rod

Just go look at the AR cheat code section

You can re-battle the gym's after you beat the game....They will call you...as for your rival...you can't.

Feebas is only in 9blocks at a time so it's a matter of luck
If you wan rare candys catch a team of zigzagoons and they will somethings randomly pick up rare candies
