If you accidentally kill the Pokemon at the top of the sky pillar does it ever come back?

No it wont....Question is if you saved before you killed it? If battle him again then...but if saved after you have killed it...then it won't come back.
Nope, you need to restart your game, trade from a friend, or use a Cheating Device(Action Replay, Gameshark or Explouder) to get Rayquaza back. Sorry.
Im sorry to say but once you beat Rayquaza (the Pokemon on top of the sky pillar) he don't come back.
First you don't kill poke'mon on any of the games they faint. Second, no you only get one chance and if you knock it out thats it but if you were smart you would have saved it in front of Rayquaza before fighting it and if you lost or knocked it out you could just turn it off and on and it will still be there.
Yes if you kill Rayquaza, he doesn't come back. You can only battle him once. If you catch him, great if you die or beat him, hes gone for good. Its a one time only shot at getting him.
Yes you can try to catch him another time . You just have to save your game befor fight hip and if you kill him, just restart the game and try again.
