Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi,i play sapphire for a long time(i didnt play it for a long time) and I want you to rate my team:

PSI:I have won the the pkmn league 50 times(usualy for training other pokemon)
PSII:What is a good moveset for a Milotic?I am thinking of putting one at my team.

5/10.....harsh right? Because your team is far more weak.

Milotic...i don't know much, i'm not an expert interms of Milotic...

Sceptile: Why do you have Cut? O.o To use? For HM's weak like Cut, get a junk monster. Go to the move deleter in Lilycove. Dump Cut an' give him Dragon Claw. Get rid of Quick Attack an' Giga Drain for Return an' if you have Earthquake, then Earthquake.

Kyogre: Get rid of Body Slam. Give him Calm Mind. If you trust the accuracy of Hydro Pump, then keep it. I recommend tradin' it for Surf.

Absol: Get rid of Slash an' Strength for Return an' Swords Dance.

Swellow: Get rid of Secret Power for Return.

Sharpedo: Get rid of Dive for Ice Beam.

Flygon: Get rid of Dig an' Dragon Breath for Steel Wing an' Dragon Claw. If you can't get them, just get rid of Dig for Return. Dig is very bad.

Again, if you need the HM moves I said to delete, get a junky monster to teach them to. I recommend Skarmory to be your Flyer, Cutter, Rock Smasher, an' Sercret Powerer. For yur water monster, I recommend Wailord. He can Strength too.

First off, make your team stronger, get them closely to the same levels as your sceptile. As for Milotic try some ice attacks, like ice beam or arura beam. I think you can teach it hydro pump too.

Ill give you a 7/10, you should get any fire or psychic Pokemon in there instead of absol, don't put milotic you already have a water pokemon.

Everything is good except me personally I would take Sharpedo to the move deleter's house S(Lilycove) and take away Dive.
