Question for Pokemon Sapphire

1: Would a sableye with mean look and tons of timer balls be effective in my quest of capturing Latias?

2: Apart from Ninjask, what other baton passers are EFFECTIVE?

3: How do I get Shuckle? I really love Shuckle!

1) YES!!!
2) None that I can think of... But anything that knows a good move like Swords Dance could be a good Baton Passer.
3) In Pokemon Emerald's two extensions of the Safari Zone, you can smash rocks to get Shuckle. Once you have one, trade it to Sapphire.

2. I don't think BATON PASS is usefull at all.

3. Don't know if he's in this game but if not then you can get him by trading or cheating.

3. In safarie zone after the new area opens go to the top right corner and use rock smash on the rocks
