Question for Pokemon Sapphire

What do you need jigglypuff to hold for it to have an igglybuff and can you get more than 1 moonstone and waterstone?

Jus breed jigglypuff to a ditto.

You don't need any jigglypuff to hold an item just a male and a female jigglypuff/wigglytuff should to it. Moon stone==> I don't know. Water stone==> search for blue shards under weter and trade 'em with the hunter in the northwest of mossdeep for a water stone.

Nothing. You just need to breed a Jigglypuff and the egg will hatch into Igglybuff.

Sometimes, Wild Lunatone hold Moon Stones.
Sometimes, Wild Clamperl hold Blue Shards, which can be traded for Waterstones on Rte. 124.
