Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have a couple questions for somebody smart like Cross Stinger.

1: How do each of the personalitys pokemon have affect thier statistics? Without this knowledge it is exceedingly difficult to breed out the weaknesses of pokemon and make them more powerful.

It's like this. You know how some pokemon raise thier speed faster then others because of thier spicies wll some pokemon raise thier attack because of thier "personality" I hope I helped.

anyway... the personalities affect the stats by raising 1 stat 10% and deacrease 1 by 10%. Heres a list I created

adamant +attack/ -sp. attack
bashful no effect
bold +defense/ -attack
brave +attack/ -speed
calm +sp defense/ -attack
careful +sp defense/ -sp attack
docile no effect
gentle +sp defense/ -defense
hardy no effect
hasty +speed/ -defense
impish +defense/ -sp attack
jolly +speed/ -sp attack
lax +defense/ -sp cefense
lonely +attack/ -defense
mild +sp attack/ -defense
modest +sp attack/ -attack
naive +speed/ -sp defense
naughty +attack-/ -sp defense
quiet +sp attack/ -speed
quirky no effect
rash +sp attack/ -sp defense
relaxed +defense/ -speed
sassy +sp defense/ -speed
serious no effect
timid +speed/ -attack

Here is a list of how certain personalities effect their Stats:

Hardy: none

Lonely: Attack high, Defense low

Adamant: Attack high, Sp. Attack low

Naughty: Attack high, Sp. Defense low

Brave: Attack high, Speed low

Bold: Attack low, Defense high

Docile: none

Impish: Defense high, Sp. Attack low

Lax:Defense high, Sp. Defense low

Relaxed: Defense high, Speed low

Modest: Attack low, Defense low, Sp. Attack high

Mild: Defense low, Sp. Attack high

Bashful: none

Rash: Sp. Attack high, Sp. Defense low

Quiet: Sp. Attack high, Speed low

Calm: Attack low, Sp. Defense high
