Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have completed this game before but decided to start over and at the moment I am in Lavaridge. I have heard lots of people talking about a pokemon called rayquaza, but where is it? I had never heard of it on my game before, and it sounds really good.
please help

Raquaza is a really rare Pokemon and he is found on sky pillar to the left of pacifidlog city or something like that.

Rayquaza is the ruby/saphire/emerald equivelent of mewtwo. You can find rayquaza at the sky pillar once you have defeated the elite four. Sky pillar is located just east of paccifilodge town

When you finesh the game ( beat the elite 4) go to pacifidlog town and surf right until you get to a gap in the rocks on the north side go through there and you'll get to a small island with a small cave on it go through the cave and up a bit more is a huge tower, here you'll need a mach bike to get over the cracks in the floor and when you get to the 5 floor there will be a dead end, stop in the middle cracked tile and you;ll fall through to another floor and just keep going up the stairs until yoou reach the top and Rayquaza will be there he is level 70 so save before you battle him and take lots of ultra balls and some powerful pokemon.

HOW CAN YOU SAY YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE GAME WITHOUT HEARING OF RAYQUAZA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to sky pillar when you have defeted the elete 4 it's near pacifalogue
