You need to buy a gameshark from a game store.

You must have cheating devices like gameshark which is relatively hard to find in the high streets nowadays

Get AR Max GBA and DS. It's Really good. I have had it for a while and it's one of the best. It Takes ages to put new cheats on it but it already has a decent amout.
PS.You can get unlimeted Master Balls. Plus it is only �14.99 Or $27.00!!
