Can anyone please tell me how to get my pokemon to evolve?

First off, Ninjask doesn't evolve. Second, to evolve Skitty, you must use a moonstone. Third, you must trade Seadra holding a dragon scale.

I forgot to tell you how to get Nosepass. Use rocksmash, they are under rocks. I have no suggestions on catching Feebas.

Ninjask doesn't evolve

Seadra evolves when you trade it with a dragon scale

Nosepass is only found in the wild through smashing rocks

Feebas is only found in 6 of apoximately 400 tiles in the river of route 119. Methodically search each one at least five times with a super rod untill you find one, then fish untill you can get another of the opposite gender so you can breed them.

First of all your Ninjask can't evolve. If you want a Shedinja, then you have to catch a Nincada, then have a spare space in your party and have a ball in your pocket that you used to catch your Nincada. (If you caught it with a pokeball, then you have to have a pokeball in your bag). Next train your Nincada up to lvl 20 where it will evolve into a Ninjask. Then look in your party and you will have a Ninjask and a Shedinja.

For skitty you need to use a moon stone on it.

And for your seadra you have to make it hold a dragon scale (you can get them off bagon's) then you either have to trade it or train it up a level.

To catch a nosepass, you have to use rock smash on the rocks in the cave at Dewford

Ninjask doesn't evolve although you can get Shedinja
Make sure you have four pokemon in your party and then catch a Nincada EAST OF RUSTBORO (nowhere else) Train it to level 20 without catching any other pokemon. It evolves into Ninjask, and you also have Shedinja
Skitty evolves by giving it a Moon Stone.
Seadra evolves when you trade it holding a dragon scale.
Feebas is rare you have to look for 20 minutes or so.
I don't think so, but you can get Nosepass by smashing the rocks (pretty rare)

Nincada evolves into Ninjask at Lvl. 20. If you are aware of Shedinja, you don't evolve it.You have a spare Poke Ball and a spare slot in your party. When you get Ninjask you should wierdly have shedinja in your party. Shedinja is kind of an ultimate pokemon which is only hurt by its 5 weaknesses, Fire, Psychic, Dark and 2 others. Ninjask doesn't evolve.Skitty needs to be given a moonstone. You get a dragon scale from Dragon Tamer Nicholas in the back of Meteor Falls and if you beat him 5 times in one day, you get the dragon scale. Make Seadra hold it and trade. It evolves into the Water-Dragon, Kingdra. Feebas appeares in only 6 squares which are completely random on every game. I can't remember which route, I think Route 120. Nosepass should appear out of a jagged rock which you can smash but I haven't got one. If you have Sapphire, then you should be missing:

Maybe Koffing
Maybe Shedinja
