Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Could someone PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,tell me how to get a dragon scale so I can get a Kingdra.

Use thief or covet on bagon or horsea and you might get a dragon scale (the user cannot be holding an item already or this won't work). You can get these scales by capturing the pokemon as well, but doing so decreases you chances of getting one. I'd suggest you try to steal them from bagons so you can also try for sun/moon stones at the same time, and go for spares so you can sell them for 1050 currency or keep them in case you lose some.
