It's me again. Can someone help me make my team?

Question for Pokemon Sapphire

It's me again. Can someone help me make my team? I don't know who I should use. I have five open slots. (The sixth is for Kirlia, which I am raising for a friend. When does it evolve?). Also, when I trade it back, who sould take his spot? I know that I need to raise their levels, so don't tell me to do that.

Pelliper Lv 41- Fly, Aerial Ace, Surf, and Steel Wing
Linoone Lv 39- Rock Smash, Dig, Cut, and Covet
Blaziken Lv 43- Blaze Kick, Slash, Double Kick, and Fire Blast
Electrode Lv 56- Thunderbolt, Swift, Explosion, and Mirror Coat
Blastoise Lv 54- Protect, Dive, Skull Bash, and Hydro Pump
Ponyta Lv 36- Ember, Stomp, Fire Spin, and Take Down
Castform Lv 25- Powder Snow, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, and Hail
Ditto Lv 57- Transform
Wobbuffet Lv 57- Counter, Mirror Coat, Safegaurd, and Destiny Bond
Graveler Lv 39- Selfdestruct, Rollout, Rock Blast, and Earthquake

I have these items: 2 zinc, 2 rare candy, 1 hp up, 1 carbos- who should I use them on? Also, Who should I teach Secret Power to? What move should I replace it with?

Please help me!!! Thanks to all who do.

Let's see. Assuming those are the only Pokemon you wish to include to your team I suggest:

1 strong fire type- Probably Blaziken because it's fire and fighting but it takes a beating on psychic. 1 water type- Blastoise is the one.

1 grass- ok, no grass Pokemon there.

1 psychic- probably wobbuffet if you want to play defensively. I would try to get a gardevoir(3rd stage of ralts) in there since it's pretty strong.

1 ground/rock/steel- Graveler

Any miscellaneous type pokemon( ice/normal/ fighting/ electric...)- Electrode and probably Ditto/wobbuffet(if you didnt decide to keep it)/or linoone (since it can learn a variety of different attack types.

Kirlia evolves at level 30.

You can use those items on your team. Try to use them to either help or compliment you're pokemon's nature. (I.E. Carbos on relaxed nature since that nature does not raise speed very well, or carbos on Jolly nature since Jolly makes speed even higher) Don't teach Secret power, it's a weak move. If you want a secret base, I suggest teaching it on a Pokemon that is not included in your team. I hope that helps.
