Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Thanks to the people who answered my questions, it really helped me out. Now I am just curious about this.

1.Do you know if you get all 200 or 201 pokemon you are able to get the eon ticket?

You just get an e-reader and scan the ticket. I think the only thing you have to do is beat the Elite 4

No. You get it from an e-reader.

The truth is, to get the Eon Ticket it has nothing to do with how mnay Pokemon you've got. To get the Eon Ticket, you must have an E-Reader.

With the eon ticket you don't get 200/201 pokemon. The eon ticket lets you go to southern island where you find latios on sapphire and latias on ruby. Who told you that you get 200/2001 pokemon with the eon ticket?
