Ok, so I have already caught Reirock but I really wanna catch the other two. (Regice and Registeel) Can someone please take me through the steps to get to them!!

Regice is in the Island cave on the western side of Route 105. Go in, read the inscription, and wait two minutes for the cave to open.
Registeel is on Route 120, in the Ancient Tomb in the southwest portion of the route. Go in and use Fly in the middle of the chamber.

There in routs 105 and 120 you need to use fly in one of them and then you can catch them but follow the writting on the wall and wait like 2 mins.
