In mountain areas what are the indents on the wall for?
Oh and can anyone tell me where a few hideouts are? I can't seem to find any.

The indents are the places where you can make a hideout using the secret power tm. You can also make hideouts in some types of trees

You can use secret power to make a base in it.

The indents lets you know that there is a base there,and for your second question,you answered it your self dude

The indents are the hidouts and you just look for the trees that the one kid is standing near when he gives you the power

All the indents are for Secret Bases and you could check trees and bushes for other Secret Bases.
