Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have two questions about the game

1. I forgot the pokemon's name but where do I find the pokemon that evolves into Glalie?

2. Where do you find horsea?

The pokemon's name is snorunt and you find him in shoal cave when the water dries up. You find hosea when you surf west of pacifidlog town and don't go in to the currents. There you go!

1: To find Snorunt, you must got to Shoal Cave (North of Mossdeep City) when the tide is low (in between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and in between 3:00 am and 9:00 am) and go to the very end of Shoal Cave at the ice part. There, you can find Snorunt, but you only have a 10% chance of finding it, so be patient.

2: Horsea is on Routes 132 and 133 (West of Pacifidlog Town) in the parts where there is no fast currents, and you must use a Super Rod.
